Techquity WI is a no-cost loaned laptop distribution program designed to help create technological equity in the digital age! To be eligible for an event and to receive a device, you must:
- Not own a personal computer or laptop.
- Not have already received a device through the Techquity Wisconsin or a similar program.
- Belong to one of these population groups:
- A household with an income at or below 200% FPL
- An underserved household (lacking internet service)
- An under-connected household (limited access due to constraining factors like cost or provider options)
- An ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) household
- Have a critical need for digital access that was exacerbated by the COVID-19 public health emergency, related to work/education/health.
